What Causes Stomach Pain And Bruise In Penis And Lower Abdomen?

My husband has been having pain in his stomach. Thought it was a hernia, he s had them before. Went to hospital. They did blood work and CT scan not a hernia or appendix. Said it may be scar tissue rubbing a nerve. That was 3 days ago. Today pain is worse and his penis is bruised and bruising on his lower abdomen. Should we seek medical attention again?
