What Causes Stomach Pain And Diarrhea With A History Of Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome?

Hello. I am a 29 year old female. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and high blood pressure. I have been on antibiotics five times since November (amoxicillan 2x, azythromiacin 2x, augmentin 1x). I keep getting low fevers and sinus infections that turn into bronchitis. However, now I have a low fever with stomach ache and diarrhea. What could be causing me to keep getting sick and not get over it? Could these be signs of a larger health issue?
