What Causes Stomach Pain And Excess Salivation And Diagnosed With High BP And Diabetes?

I am 43 years old, have high blood pressure and diabetes. I am on medication for both. Since Saturday I have been experiencing stomach pains, then my mouth has excessive saliva in it, also I feel that I need to regurgitate. The pain lasts for about 3 to 5 minutes, and now im more so having just the stomach pains with no excessive saliva. Can you please offer me some solutions.
