What Causes Stomach Pain And Nausea After Eating Food In Children?

Good afternoon! My 13 year old daughter (competitive gymnast) is complaining of stomach pain, like a rock in her stomach that gets worse when she eats, therefore she is not eating much of anything. When she eats she feels nauseous. Her temp is running 96.4, she is sleeping a lot and is incredibly pale.
