What Causes Stomach Pain And Nausea While On An Implanon?

Hi, me and my friend had sex last friday and since then i haven't felt right, i have got the implanon inserted in my arm so i dont think i am pregnant, i feel heavy down below, slight headaches, stomach pains and feel sick but i haven't been sick. can you help me or tell me what's wrong with me?
