What Causes Stomach Pain And Pink Fleshy Vaginal Discharge?

My stomache ache last nite so I went to the bathroom to Pee I noticed there is this pink fleshy thing that pop out from my vagina like a round shape is not painful when I touch it but I still feel pain below my tummy I want to know if it s strange or normal or there is any medication I can use.
