What Causes Stomach Pain/bloating After Having An Abortion?

Hi, I've been experiencing stomach pain for the past 3 weeks. Gas, bloating, substantial bowel movements twice a day, and belching. These symptoms started about 3 weeks ago. I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago. I had a medical abortion about a week ago. I feel normal in every way except for my stomach. Could this be because of the pregnancy or the medication?
