What Causes Stomach Pain Every Time After Eating?

My daughter had a 24 bug 3 days ago and vomited once. No diarrhoea. She hasn t been back to full meals really and when she ate her roast dinner today she started complaint of stomach pain after 30 mins. She still has pain 5 hours later. Is this normal! Is she going to start vomiting again?
