What Causes Stomach Pain, Tender Breast And Increased Appetite?

I've been having sharp pains in my stomach all over the place, my body has been hurting, my breast are tender and i've been eatting alot, i noramally dont eat as much as i do now. When i lay on my stomach i feel like i have pressure or if its full. please give me and answer i want to know whats wrong with me
