What Causes Stomach Pain While Having Light Periods?

I am 33 now. I am bachelor also. My problem is since last few months I have been facing stomach pain while periods and less bleeding than previous months.
Actually I had not any single problem with my periods in last 30 years.
So now I am worried about my current situation. Which symptoms these are? & how to get rid of it?
