What Causes Stomach Pain While Suffering From Anxiety?

My 12 year old daughter is having stomache pain that does not occur all the time. She s had it for a few weeks and it s not getting better or worse. She has generalized anxiety disorder and is scared about what is causing it. What could be the problem?
