What Causes Stomach Pain/white Vaginal Discharge While On Treatment For Infertility?

Age 29 hgt 171 wgt 75 Dr i am having pcos pbm.now am trying to get conceive.according to my doctor consultation 3months i use ovulac and this month take letoval 5 days.after 5 days am having pain in stomache and having white discharge lightly on 3 days.plz help me why it is happening any issue on my conceiving.can i able to get conceive?
