What Causes Stomach Pain With Swolen Lymph Glands Under Armpits?

im very very worried about my wife. She has constant stomach pains and now i find out she has swolen lymph glands under her armpits. But she refusess to go to her doctors im want to get her to the docs so i would like to know if possible what it could be she has so she can realise the danger off her shuttation she has also had times where she is so tired and her mum has got advanced cancer . My wife has also had an hystoreatamy 18 months a go?
