Hi...my toddler has been complaining of stomach ache n no appetite with nausea n vomiting on feeding. ?. Low haemoglobin...9.3...n mildly enlarged liver is what the findings said...no jaundice... he was given a bottle of silymarin 35 n his appetite improve...n then irs back to normal...pls explain th condition n cure.., mvery troubled..
