What Causes Stomach Pain,nausea And Heart Burn?

I am a girl, age - 19. I have stomach-ache and nausea each morning. The pain is in the upper part of the abdomen and is getting worse after the coffee. Sometimes I feel pulsations on the right side of my navel. I haven't taken any medicines for this. I don't have heartburn symptoms. What may be the cause for my complaints?
