What Causes Stomach Pains With Bleeding Discharges And Clots?

I had sex about two weeks ago without protection. A day later I took Plan B as a back up. I am NOT on the pill. Ive been having bad stomach pains, extremely heavy bleeding (I'm anemic) and for the past two days have had a brown discard. I am also noticing brown/yellow pieces/clots in my urine
