What Causes Strange Headaches Followed By Blackout?

For the last 10 days, I have had these strange headaches that aren't really painful, just constant and discomforting. When I move my head from side to side, it feels like my brain is stationary. I can tell there is something terribly wrong, but the doctor i went to just told me to take tylenol. It has been four days now and tonight, I started to have these black out feelings and I am really cold. What do i do?
