What Causes Strange Sounds In My Ear?

When i hear some loud noises it feels like my eardrum feels "flipped, or inside out" if that makes any sense, then when the loud noises go away it makes a loud popping noise when its flipping back over, if there is a slightly loud noise i hear a buzzing, i dont usually have any pain and i never get puss build up,i have been in a band for years and am always exposed to loud noises, so that is how it happened what might i be diagnosed with?
