What Causes Stretching Of Ears With Redness And Itching?

Hello, my name is Ashley. My ears are stretched out to a 2 gauge right now. They have been red and itchy around the stretched area ever since I stretched them to a 2. I usually clean them every morning with a mild cleanser and put an antibiotic ointment on them ( I have been doing this for about 8 weeks) How do I make the redness and itching go away? And should I actaully see a doctor? Help me out, please.
