What Causes Strong Odor From Bladder And Blood In Urine?

I have a very very strong odor from my bladder. No infections have been found. Lots of excess blood in my urine. This has been getting progressively worse over about a 10 yr. period. Had bladder tack surgery and sling and mesh about that time. Gyn says I m leaking- urologist says I don t. Anytime I ve ever taken antibiotics for any reason- the odor goes away. I don t leave my house very often now and pads don t help keep the odor in now. I hate talking to the Drs about this again since they just brush it off. Is it possible the blood in my urine is causing the odor? Any suggestions?
