What Causes Stuck Feeling In Throat?

For a long time now, and getting more and more noticable, i get a feeling like i have something stuck in my throat. It feels like i have some mucus from my nose stuck in my throat, but i cant swallow it. Ive tried drinking tea to see if it shifts, but it wont go away. Where as before i would not feel it very often, it seems to be more and more noticable recently
