What Causes Stuffed Nose Along With Congestion In Chest Of An Infant?

My son is 1 year old and having stuffy nose, chest congestion and coughing with hoarse voice. Used T-minc 2.5ml & Ventrolin 2.5ml for 5 days. But not cured. He is refusing to eat . Can we feed him oranges, curd, papaya, bannana, Jaggery ? Please suggest the cure
