Hello, I have suddenly started getting a white sticky thing on the foreskin of my penis and when I pull it back slowly its there under the skin as well as on the glans of penis. Its very itchy and when I wash it with soap itchiness reduces and white thing goes but again comes after some time What could be the reason and solution for this
