What Causes Sudden Bleeding From The Leg?

my boyfriend was giving me a massage and all of a sudden there was something wet on the sheet --- blood --- the back of my right leg was covered in blood but there was seemingly no break in the skin. There was also blood on the side of the bed (where I get in but very strange because I never sat on the edge of the bed to get into it)...I also have been experiencing a nausea feeling (possibly more emotionally based) and my psoriasis has been getting worse (after not having had a bout of psoriasis for a number of years). Anyway --- not sure where this blood came from - can you help?
