Melati's here from Malaysia. Age 21.
From my past experience of acne during my school days, nothing actually worry me since i dont have serious skin problem. My complexion was good. But somehow when i turned 20, things suddenly changed. My acne breakout was really bad and it pop out everywhere but now things get a little bit better but still the scar and acne still there. I dont think the problem is what i eat since i havent change much in my food intake and what i've been consume. It probably due to my hormon imbalance.
So,for the past two months, I always hit the gym and try to control oily food, chocolate, white bread and even rice. But still my complexion didnt go any better. So, i was wondering there must be something wrong with my daily diet.My question are Iwhat food actually gonna worse my acne and what food should i eat more to get clearer complexion. If u have any diet plan for better complexion, do pls let me know.And regarding the hormone imbalance, is there any way for me to stabilize my hormone back?
