What Causes Sudden Breast Growth?

I am 52 and my bust has suddenly grown fuller and have always been tender but now they feel swollen as well, my periods have gone from quarterly (last year) to almost weekly this year. I know I must be going through the menopause - I dont have much energy either: but is it a normal part of the process for breasts to grow?
