What Causes Sudden Breast Tenderness, Soreness And Pain?

I am a 42 years old female. I have breast implants (in between my muscle) for at least the past 9 to 10 years.I have had no problems. recently I have been experiencing breast tenderness,as if I was going to start my menstrual cycle. I have not had a menstrual cycle since my surgery of a partial hysterectomy in 08 but still have my ovaries. I had severe breast soreness and pain for about seven days then it subsided for a week and then came back again just not as severe it s very tender and both breasts all around and sometimes were shooting pains I recently had my blood work taken and check my hormone levels and they said everything came back fine. I started taking some oil capsules of evening Primrose oil and it has seemed to help some. ?
