What Causes Sudden Burning In Tricep Radiating To Scapula?

Hi, I have sudden onset burning in the left tricep area that radiates to my left scapula and can also affect my sternum area. I often am unable to move or speak during this attack. Sometimes I breathe rapidly with an episode and can cry. Heart and BP concerns have been ruled out. I also have a very bad feeling and can become confused. The attacks last about 1 minute. Afterward, the bad feeling continues and both hands often shake. Could this be GERD? Low blood sugar? The attack happened today 1.5 hours after eating one cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese. Thanks, Dee Marsh
