What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Black Outs And Jerking In Body?

Everytime i stand up or move to suddenly I get so dizzy, and can only really see black. i feel like i m going to pass out. More recently i have just completely blacked out on the floor for no more than 20 seconds but to kind of come round but my body is shaking and jerking!! Any ideas?!
