What Causes Sudden Episode Of Dizziness And Vomiting?

When i woke up this morning i went to unload dishwasher i suddenly felt weak as if i was going to faint, i then vomited and i was extremly pale in colour. i then had to lie on my bed with my legs elevated up for approx 5 mins. im not pregnant and am a healthy 25yr old female
