What Causes Sudden Headache And Dizziness?

Today as I was driving, I suddenly felt a headache come on. It stopped. Then I began feeling extremely dizzy and almost lop-sided. Then my eyes felt as if they were trying to cross. I almost had to pull over it felt so bad. This same thing happened to me several months ago as well. Should I ve worried?
