What Causes Sudden Heart Palpitations And Numbness In Jaw?

What are the causes for fastening of heart beats suddenly and not able to breathe at that point and not able to speak anything just gettting numb and at that point its even difficult to open the mouth and that sensation of pain ....at times its difficult to remember things ....what are the causes and please tell me a remedy to this
