What Causes Sudden Heaviness In Chest, Weakness, Cold Sweats And Vomiting?

Dear Dr.i m in 50-year-old woman 140 lbs I would say healthy for the most part. I am baffled by my symptoms I woke up in the middle of the night to go urinate and all of a sudden I felt heaviness Come over me an like I was going to pass out I got very weak couldn t stand up straight then I got cold sweats bad and then I starting vomiting and then after II finished thrown up I seemed fine and I went back to sleep. What are your thoughts.
