What Causes Sudden Intense Pain In Both Feet And Calves At Night, Along With Nighttime Heart Racing, Skipping Beats, And Occasional Daytime Chest Pain?

Last 3 months have experienced intense sudden pain is tops of both feet and in both calves at night when I lay down. Also experiencing sudden onset heart throbbing, racing and skipping beats BUT only in bed with exception of 1 day intense pain in heart while awake
