What Causes Sudden Loss Of Weight Inspite Of Being On Udiliv 150?

I have been put on udiliv150 . in 3 months I have lost about 8kgs. I am 6 ft weighted about 83 kgs now about 75kg. Before I had problems related excess gas and bloating. Now it is gone. Is the loss of weight a concern? I am 62 have benign prostate enlargement.
