What Causes Sudden Nausea,tiredness And Headaches?

Hello.. Recently I have been getting sudden nausea, tiredness and headaches all together & its just been getting worse.... The nausea and tiredness are the worst. I can be absolutely fine then all of a sudden..... I went to my gp a while ago and they couldnt tell me anything... maybe you would have some suggestions? Thanks..
