I am 37 exercise 3 to 5 times a week walking 2 to 3 miles doing squats, and lunges and triceps and biceps, as well as wall pushups for breasts. I ve done nothing different , but I woke with swollen asleep fingers and it s been 2 hours and I still don t have full feeling back yet and they are cold. I didn t eat more salt then usual but I did eat homemade tamales and red hot sauce right before sleep but I usually eat way more salt,I didn t add any salt to these
