What Causes Sudden Onset Of Dizziness And Profuse Sweating?

i was out for a work i suddenly felt dizzy ness and got lot of sweating. i got my ecg done which was ok. BP was also 150/90. i got vomitted twice. is there any relation between stomach ailment and lot of sweating and dizzy ness. YYYY@YYYY
