What Causes Sudden Onset Of Pain In Shoulder Radiating To Wrist?

Hi, i accidently woke up this morning due to sudden pain on my right arm. I mean like from shoulder till the wrist and my left arm had a slight discomfort too at the wrist part. Can you help diagnose what is actually wrong with my arm? Cause it hurts so bad
