What Causes Sudden Pain In Left Wrist And Right Shoulder?

My partner had a sudden onset of very painfully wrist when she turns her lower arm the pain goes up her lower arm from the wrist, at the same time her opposite shoulder has pain, her middle back and her foot all started within the last 3 weeks, she is exhausted by the mid afternoon of everyday, but cant sleep well and has headaches !! and I m looking for answers, she s had blood test with no abnormalities she had breast cancer 51/2 years ago with a high infection rate of nodes any ideas ?
