What Causes Sudden Pain In The Right Hand Upon Breathing?

Hi, I feel sudden pain in my right hand when i breathe. With pain, I also feel like a electric shock on top of my fingers. It is happening from last 3-4 days. Please tell me what are the reason behind that. And if there are some hand /wrist exercises or some other treatment. I shall be very thankful to you.
