What Causes Sudden Stinging Pain In Ear?

My 10yr old daughter was sitting down getting ready to have some cereal when she started screaming she cldnt see everything was black. She was pale white. We took over to the couch she cld talk and sipped on water her sight did come back. SHE SAID HER EAR WAS STINGING!! So we let her rest she drank gatorade and had some saltines. Ive kept my eye on her all day she doesnt feel well but is eating and drinking and using the bathroom. She did complain of a headache and I gave her motrin shes just been resting all day. She does have pulmanary stenosis she hsd a ballon valvaplastary done at age 2 and has been fine, her cartiologist sees her every 2yrs since she has done so well.
