What Causes Sudden Swelling In My Face Followed By Headaches And Body Aches?

I have been getting sudden swellings on one side of
my face or one lip. It takes a day to go away and then I am left with fatigue, headache and body aches for a week. I also have seen a pattern of welts in my thighs, fatigue and headache prior to having these swellings. Thank-you
