What Causes Sudden Tightness In Throat?

I was doing nothing strenuous, just standing and talking to a friend, and suddenly I felt a tightness in my throat and a pain in the right side of my head. I sat down, check my pulse and blood pressure. My pulse was 115 and my BP was 165/111 on a wrist monitor. What should I do? Do I need immediate attention or can this be evaluated tomorrow?
