What Causes Sudden Weakness And Numbness In Right Arm With History Of Chronic Migraine?

A 40 year old man who has a history of chronic migraine headaches and hasn t had one for a few years, an MI 10 years ago, presents with 6 to 7 episodes of right arm weakness and numbness which occur suddenly at random times and slowly resolves over the course of a few hours. This started about three weeks ago. What is the most likely cause?1. TIA from platelet emboli associated with atherosclerotic plaque rupture 2. TIA from cardioemboli 3. Complex migraine 4. Seizures
