What Causes Suicidal Thoughts After Starting Nexium While On Mirtazapine And Tramal?

i am taking 45mg of mirtazapine for depression daily with 2x200mg of tramal daily and 40mg of nexium which i have only been on for 4 days and now i feel suicidal since taking the nexium, is this a normal side effect of nexium mixed with my other pills.any help appreciated
