What Causes Sulphur Smelling Hair And Bumps On Forehead?

Had recent tonsillectomy, and developed an infection with build up of yeast. Just finished all antibiotics and infection appears 95% gone, but today I have small bumps all over my forehead and my hair smells sulfur like after washing. What would cause hair odor and bumps?
