What Causes Sunburns With Feet Swelling?

I got really sunburned on Thursday with red dots appearing on lower part of my legs and top of my feet. Now my ankles and feet are swelling. I have been on an anitdepressant medicine (Paxol). Will this cause this? I have never had a reaction to the sun like this.
