What Causes Sunken Eyes Along With Involuntary Eye Movement?

My son suffered an anoxic brain injury 4 years ago. In the past 7 months 8 have noticed one of his eyes sinking, now both of then r sinking. What could b the cause of this? He has also lost control of his eye movement and he doesn't focus on an objet or person.
