What Causes Sweating And Growling Noise In Stomach While Eating?

I'm experiencing growling noises in my stomach when eating which makes me want to throw up. At night I stsrt sweating while there's a fan pointed straight at me. I start sweating uncontrollably during the day. I'm coughing a lot, and sneezing. What's wrong with me?
